Week 3 of calorie deficit dieting. Lost 2 whole lbs 😅 I'm not going crazy with it, but damn does the idea of "buying back" calories creat an excellent incentive to keep my workouts regular ❤️ It's an 800 calories deficit with the goal of loosing 80lbs in one year.
