Both Colorado and Minnesota have seen declines in freight due to the end of coal. Is anyone tracking this and are there other places where passenger rail could benefit from reductions in competing traffic?

No need to delay: Not only did the Board of Elections clearly state that they are ready and capable of implementing ranked choice voting, but the voters already told us how they "assessed the need" by overwhelmingly passing it at the ballot box.

Not only is DDOT dragging their feet on the PLAZA act but also crushing the totally successful streetery experiment with excessive fees. Why does the Mayor chose drivers and parking every time? 30 of 33 AdMo streeteries to close November 30. Likely similar citywide.

The team just admitted that the 2036 completion date for the housing was never serious; they don't think they can deliver any faster than 2040. That's the date the Council budget office said is when the NON-stadium proposal would deliver by. So now the stadium provides no acceleration.
