Current culture has trained us to turn all of our hobbies into side hustles and that if we spend time on something it has to be with the final objective of being amazing at it/being able to market it and it sucks.

Sometimes people do creative hobbies without the end-goal of being absolutely perfect! People can create because simply the process makes them happy. People can create because they wanted to fill a need, regardless of their skill level. You don't need to do everything with the desire to be a master.
