i love being referred to as a living poet. much better than “contemporary poet.” although about 66% of my work owes everything to dead poets

i have too many notebooks but i just keep buying them if they’re pretty & i love them as gifts though for a writer it’s so cliched & i’ll never write in them all even if it’s just one line per page in huge letters & i’ll keep giving them away but i love them i love you notebooks
