If the problem is people standing around too long at the airport, exactly how is sending armed uniformed agents to stand around at the airport the solution?

It is supremely frustrating to be lectured by these justices about how courts have a limited role and can't invalidate stupid policies just because they're stupid ... only to watch them fall over themselves to concoct some pretext to strike down mail voting laws they personally find unwise.

If Election Day is determined to be Election DAY then it is incumbent on the government to make voting as accessible and convenient as early voting and vote-by-mail. Otherwise millions of voters are disenfranchised. One moment…the control room is telling me that is precisely the point.

Sanctions are a way to get another country to do something (or stop doing something) rather than going to war.
