Second Sunday of riding through the Birkenhead tunnel. Why cyclists are restricted through here for half the year is nearly as ridiculous as there not being a dedicated cycle lane.

A thin and feeble document telling us something we all already know. In 2040 there'll be no useful cycle network. Random stretches (if they are ever built), but on almost any ride, you'll be mixing with heavy traffic for some of it. Most of it probably. Pretty depressing to be honest.
