Taking some time off from #running, to let my tendonitis settle down. So it's early starts in the pool for a bit. The moon was still up at 06:30 - and dawn just breaking when I finished up #swimming.

It's a cold, rainy winter's evening in #Melbourne. Perfect for a home made pie with salad. Warming and simple.

Our major outdoor project last year, was landscaping the courtyard. It's still a work in progress with plantings, but is a nice calming space already. And providing nice autumn leaf viewing from the comfort of our bed.

Making the filling for a family sized pie, so will freeze half and make a smaller pie for dinner this evening. Need to eat some more from the freezer soon though... otherwise I'll run out of room.

Another evening on the tools, behind the green Ludwig, rehearsing for a #hpf show this weekend. For a band noted for meandering tunes, we're remarkably very tight on changes and endings. A contrast to the singer/songwriter project I'm a sideman for. Go figure.

An enjoyable and productive morning, with volunteers from our local community, rehabilitating the surroundings of the local railway station. Putting down cardboard and mulch for weed suppression, and planting natives.
