I am shocked - shocked! - to discover ICE weren't wearing the body cameras Susan Collins gave them $38 billion for.

On the scene here in Biddeford where ICE shot and killed someone this morning. Still so many unknowns. Let me be clear: Federal immigration enforcement should NOT be using deadly force against anyone in our communities. Period. We need a full, independent investigation, and we need answers.
