And, oats get all the fiber attention and they are great, at 8.5 grams of fiber per cup. They aren’t great for everyone, though, (they can seriously spike people’s glucose, for instance, ymmv), so berries and avocados (a whole avocado has 13.4 grams of fiber!) are my fiber power sources.
