Rewatched The Lion King 1½ for the first time in like 17 years and it still holds up. People always put up Cinderella 3 as the hidden gem of the direct-to-video Disney sequels but I think TLK1½ deserves more recognition too. Justice for Simba's gay dads.

After playing more prime 4, I think the big flaw of the game is starting to rear its ugly head. The desert overworld is huge and with no fast travel, I imagine backtracking is gonna be hella obnoxious

i've been deliberately avoiding metroid prime 4 trailers and whatnot so this was the first time hearing fury green's theme outside of the direct trailer holy fuck they cooked they cooked so hard

first impressions atmosphere is phenomenal, exactly what I'd expect out of retro studios. the mackenzie character is kinda annoying but I also feel like people are vastly overexaggerating how annoying he really is. If forspoken is a 10 on the annoying scale, mackenzie is a 4.
