As long as people are stuck in car dependency without good public transport, those who should not be behind a wheel will be forced to resist rules to restrict them. Ending road death MUST mean green transport ££ and lower speeds, car sizes and traffic, not just action on drivers.

🤦‍♂️ If it doesn't have tracks, it's not a tram. A "trackless tram" is an expensive bus.
