Grandmother passed just a little while after I got home last night. She was 91. I knew after last week we were incredibly short on time but wasn't really ready to face the idea that she wouldn't be around for our shared birthday. Not shocking, but still numbing.

I thought I'd already mourned the loss of my paternal grandmother as she was -- her quickness sharply declining in recent years, simply no longer the woman who helped make me Me -- but more bad news yesterday and today have me reconsidering. Grief in waves, right.

So in doing a little research, there are quite a few Switch 1 games that ran with uncapped frame rates. Naturally, that means they benefit from the hardware upgrade without a bespoke "Switch 2 Edition" or performance patch like Pokemon S/V. Maybe the biggest winner so far is NEO:TWEWY.
