totally serious tip for the GMs out there, whenever you start to make an NPC for a TTRPG, make sure you flip a coin heads means you gotta make em fuckable tails means you gotta make em loveable and then you continue on with making the NPC

I may be in the minority, but for me, chaos and shenanigans are not the goal at a #ttrpg table. I'm not against humor, but I love serious stories and games with stakes, and players and characters who take the secondary world and situations seriously. Just me?

This one is fun, because there's the obvious use (dropping plot hints, pushing characters to or away from something) but if you want it to be effective, this is one of those lowkey core worldbuilding choices you can make. Something key to ask: What am I saying about fate in this world?
