The first woman excluded by chromosome testing later turned out to have mosaicism (1/2 of cells had XY 1/2 XX) and had to be apologised to decades on. The last had androgen insensitivity and couldn't develop male sex characteristics even if you injected her with enough T to kill an elephant.

He wasn't just an asylum seeker. Paktyawal was an Afghan special forces soldier who worked with the U.S. Army's 3rd Special Forces Group. He was evacuated on August 30, 2021, entered the U.S. legally and had a pending case with a work permit and social security number. Killed by ICE maggots.

This is, to put it mildly, a double standard. This guy was part of a government that encouraged online social media figures to engage in routine harassment of government employees to the point that many were fired or went into hiding. Some of it was done by Elon Musk, this guy's boss.

One could argue that it will make finding an unbiased jury more difficult. As white men of wealthy-ish families, their reputational damage and death threat risks are valued more highly than Shay Moss and Ruby Freeman's were. Or any woman run through nudify apps, or nonconsensual porn.
