Very proud to share that Kazik Oksza-Orzechowski, a PhD candidate in our lab was awarded the NCN National Science Centre Preludium grant for his Cell-MAGIC project! Kazik will attempt to infer clonal structure and genotypes of follicular lymphoma cells from scRNA-seq and scBCR-seq data.
