As the cost of living skyrockets, management at @vox.com has outright denied every single economic proposal from the @voxmediaunion.bsky.social.

What happened with Polygon today is so fucked. Vox Media has made some atrocious decisions in my six years here but this is really something else. And to do this in the middle of us bargaining a new union contract, where they scold us for asking for better protections, is just unconscionable.

Spent this morning trying to bargain for equal wages for equal work and benefits, which the company is refusing to move on. Honored to do this work even when management is being rude af.
