A month ago I was immersed in Bog Asphodel as the sun was setting with Nightjars churring away. Very magical. Always love seeing Bog Asphodel - gorgeous glowing yellow stars with fab orange anthers atop crazily fluffy filaments (they remind me of school art-project pipe cleaners!)
