A Cory's Shearwater for #SuperSeabirdSunday. It was one of up to four seen on a #pelagic off the Isles of #Scilly on 12 Oct 2022. Cory's has the largest wingspan of the regularly occuring shearwaters in UK waters and that banana bill is diagnostic. 🍌

A bit of BNG/Slav fun on the river currently- still not sure which of which we have in our little flock of four. I am aware of the basic rule, which states that if it looks like a Jack Russell its a Slav and BNGs look like Poodles. #UKBirding
