I don't know who needs to hear this... But you don't need to set ridiculous auditioning quotas for you to reach every month 😄 It's just a sure-fire way to burn out and put less care into your audition quality. Plus auditioning isn't the only way to get voice acting work! 😊

What is common knowledge in your field, but shocks outsiders? It’s rare to get name credit in games. I’ve worked on eight so far, many high profile, and never been credited. I’ve seen gamers complain credits are too long. If only they knew how many people were left out who truly deserve it.
