I sent my friend a meme about the rapture, and she didn't know what I was talking about. She’d never heard of the rapture. She’s about 50, which surprised me. It reminded me you never really know what people know or don’t, and what feels like common knowledge might not be common at all for everyone.

Fixed a 66.40. error on an HP by updating firmware Wednesday per Hewlett-Packard instructions. Now the customer is getting a 49.39. error triggered by a possible PC application or print job incompatibility with the updated firmware. Great job, Hewlett-Packard 😐
