One cannot help but be suspicious. The 2025 elections may be the biggest reason for cutting budgets on health, education, and social protection that our people direly need.

Here's my summary of the shady reallocations in the 2025 budget. Pork projects were inserted in the DPWH budget, crowding out important funds for social protection, education, and health. Foreign-funded projects were also relegated to unprogrammed funds. All this in the run-up to the 2025 polls. #PH
