I have social anxiety. Paired with a low self-esteem, it's a wonder I ever go out to events. But I do, even though my head fills with bad thoughts, that no one wants me there, that people find I'm boring, fat, ugly or a nuisance. I still go, hoping I'll connect with someone, who sees me.

My frozen shoulder is slowly but steadily thawing. My mobility is better but it still hurts to move from time to time. I decided to test out my arm yesterday and see how far I could go with drawing until it began hurting. Not bad, if I say so myself 😊
