I am not a GP. I would even consider myself a poor substitute for a GP. General Practice and Emergency Medicine are both specialisms that deal with the gamut of human disease, but at wildly different acuities. Nothing can replace a properly funded and staffed Primary Care service. Nothing.

Nothing will kill more children than the ongoing decimation of CDC, NIH, and USAID work to lift vaccine uptake in the US and world. Child survival rose 75% in the last 50 years. Vaccines account for 40% of that. Measles vax alone was 60% of the benefit.

Community Notice 14 March 2025: a clear liquid expected to contain GHB was instead found to be liquid free base methamphetamine (85% purity). Free base meth isn't safe for any consumption method, and at this high purity poses a significant risk of overdose. Test it before you take it.
