The Israeli airstrikes on Beirut occurred without notice and targeted supposedly “safe” areas in the city, including multi-story residential complexes. Beirut area hospitals are asking for blood donations.

Iran was originally clear that the ceasefire must include the entire region, including Lebanon. Israel unilaterally declared that Lebanon was not included and began the biggest wave of airstrikes there since the beginning of the Iran War. Israel is attempting to sabotage the ceasefire agreement.
