Turns out, yoghurt is a great sour cream substitute. Works great in sauces, baked potato fillers and sides. I've been working to increase protein in my diet and the odd dollop of yoghurt really helps.

The organisers at the community hub have tried to get the asylum seekers involved in things but there are just too many barriers. They have to be at the hotel at certain times to get fed, they're often moved across the country with no warning so they can't integrate into local communities
