To be extremely clear - Neil Gaiman would be a rapist regardless of Amanda Palmer’s role in procuring women for him. She is absolutely in the wrong, but she did not make him who he is. She found women for him to abuse because she knew that’s what *he* wanted.

I’m sure that Neil Gaiman was an abusive freak before he met Amanda Palmer. I am completely on board with judging Palmer for *her* role in introducing vulnerable women to her husband knowing what would happen, but as far as *his* crimes, Gaiman deserves all the blame.
