After serving six months as School Board Vice Chair and eighteen months as School Board Chair, I am grateful to hand over the reins to our new Chair, Sandy Anderson, and our new Vice Chair, Robyn Lady.

An absolute no brainer for DNC chair is @benwikler.bsky.social . Thanks to what Ben built at WisDems, when the country swung ~6 points to the right this cycle, Wisconsin only swung 1.5 points to the right, while actually *adding* seats in the state legislature and holding onto Tammy Baldwin's seat.

The idea that Bluesky is insular and X is a place for diverse views is a fallacy. X is based on an algorithm rigged to push the views of Musk and others on the far right. Bluesky is open. You can make it whatever you want it to be.

Had a great visit to Timber Lane Elementary with Fairfax School Board Chairman @karlfrisch.bsky.social the other day. Super impressed with the quality and commitment of the public school teachers in the classrooms we visited.
