HORRIFIC: A man shot and killed a woman and a kindergartener before killing himself outside of a high school football stadium in Texas. Initial reporting suggests this was a domestic violence incident. We must do more to keep guns out of the hands of abusers.

On this day three years ago, three 9-year-old students and three staff members were shot and killed at The Covenant School, a K-6 elementary school in Nashville, Tennessee. The shooter was armed with an AR-style rifle, an AR-style pistol, a handgun, and multiple rounds of ammunition.
