Lemon rice chicken soup with sautéd kale and baby portabellas. Basically you make something similar to hollandaise , add chicken stock, cooked rice, some diced rotisserie chicken and the sautéd veg. Turned out better looking & tasting than I expected.

Currently have new Signal group chats with Tim for: - Cat meds - Cat meal logging Probably not the typical use case but it works. If Signal ever wants to pivot into additional apps, I would totally go for a logging / medical app. The time stamps, text, photos and ordered info in a secure fashion.

Just got through with today’s vet visit. Cat is somehow more anemic which is not what we expected so he can’t get his teeth out. We’ve done oral flea meds & are doing oral steroids + pain meds now to see if there’s any chance we can get things under control. If I’m unresponsive at some point…

One of the reasons I see that it would be hard to replace the "following" feed with any other feed is those times when the feed generator clearly hasn't processed anything in the last 2+ hours (or it's down.) I'm not picking on anyone because I've actually seen it with more than one I use.

Nature photo from my afternoon walk / hike. It was short because yesterday’s walk was long and the bandaid on one foot wasn’t helping enough with the damage.

I really miss when something gave me an estimated number of miles I had walked in a day as part of the dashboards. I can visualize a mile. I cannot visualize 6,000 steps. Plus my stride is not taken into account in steps.
