Every Christmas Every always

Lately, I've become very aware of how many of my decisions are made by my FOMO, addictions, and sunk-cost. I don't need to keep buying more games, guitars, handhelds, I'm broke as fuck and spend more time shopping for deals than I do using what I have. I'm also very addicted to screens and dopamine.

I got about 5h of sleep yesterday, and I'm debating on just taking my 2h of sleep and rolling with it tonight.. er this.. morning(? 4a) as it seems lying down is causing my asthma to act up.

My wife moves in her sleep whenever there's any noise. I just had an asthma attack and she's just over there, dancing in her sleep.

I realize I get motivated at night, in bed, because that's the only time I'm ever not in front of a screen.

So, we stopped buying most food a few months ago, and things have been really interesting. We have about 120lbs of flour, a gallon of salt, and about 30lbs of sugar. We also have some eggs and about 15lbs of ground beef. I think we're probably gonna be able to stretch this through February, with
