Survivors are stronger than you think. We’ve experienced something extremely traumatic that often fundamentally changes a person forever, and we lived to tell the tale. I frankly find it insulting and condescending that they view me as so frail that I don’t know how to mute words or block people.

I never want to see noncon ever. I’m a survivor, and it upsets me on a primal level. I don’t want to see it, or be reminded it exists. Even so, the solution is not censorship by corporations or governments. Other survivors process differently the me, and the rules are vague and easily abused.

The bsky content rules are frustrating and worrisome in a world with increasing censorship. This will censor survivors. It’ll censor queer people, especially the kink community, which is also often a space of healing. Holding space for all my fellow artists, survivors, and queer folks today ❤️‍🩹

Suspending artists because they made jokes about politicians and now censoring non consensual art is honestly a big red flag. I'm so disappointed and again I just don't know what to do seeing so much things being destroyed easily by a few people in power. It's disturbing, disgusting and revolting.
