I love when my Fitbit is proud of me exercising where it thinks I am swimming very short distances but in reality I am doing dishes 🥲. And then when I do things I would consider exercise, like speed walking for at least 10 minutes, it often does not recognize it if I don’t manually select it 😅.

Long term SSRI user here. Autism? I was autistic long before I was prescribed my med. Asthma? Had that until I was 9 (pre-SSRI) Of course there are risks though (for all meds), as sped through in commercials. But we also know people who rely on meds to live. And #mentalhealth meds do save lives.
