Oh boy oh boy oh boyoh! John is going to try to take some paid vacation days (a lot, and he won't tell me how many weeks he has. I'm guessing 3-4-5 😏) We're all going somewhere at the end of September. Trying to find someplace close drive that is dog friendly for 4-5 days. OBX is too expensive

My neurodivergency has really been prevalent for the last 5+ weeks with my sciatica. It makes me sad that I didn't know about this affliction when I was way younger. I feel I could have changed a lot of poor decisions and gotten help in school. My generation was so ignored. Just pop Ritilan 🤷🏼‍♀️

I remember the day, who & where I was when I got this album handed to me. My Poppaw, Arthur R. Chapman had passed. My brother flew in from CA for the funeral. He was unpacking, handed this album to me. He worked in the record business. I was 13. I cherished that album & wish I still had it.

The last 2 mornings have been very low-pain upon waking. This 3 week trip on the struggle bus was trying & tiring 😫 The TENS treatment has been a lifesaver. Twice daily with ice pack and Tylenol has expedited the healing.
