And then, just like that, the grand jury is called off and the case is closed. 2006. Just utterly, utterly sickening.

Holy shit. After grand jury subpoenas had been served, Epstein reached out to one of the victims and told her he would pay her to not cooperate with law enforcement. My god, this case. It could not have been any more dead to rights.

I'm really not able to process the depth of what PBPD had on him in 2005-2006, and how it all just went away. I've been a licensed attorney for 29 years. I tried more cases than I can count-- huge cases, bet the company cases. I've never read anything so airtight as this, and it's fucking shameful

This legal memo was built on the evidence that the PBPD developed over more than a year. I summarized the case file here. The first complaining witness was fourteen. God bless her, wherever she may be.

Attached is the 53 pg legal memo sent to Alex Acosta in early 2007 detailing the scope of the federal charges the DOJ wanted to bring against Epstein, incl that he was considered an extreme flight risk. And with the snap of his fingers, Acosta made it all go away.

I found the first investigative file from the first complainant against Epstein in 2005. There are descriptions from the officer, over several interviews of the girl, of her pulling her knees up on the chair, drawing doodles, & the officer high-fiving her to keep her calm as she speaks of horror.

The arrest of Don Lemon is yet another piece of evidence that America is being held hostage by a criminal and a regime that could not care less about the 1st Amendment & the Constitution. In this 250th year of our republic, we need every American who cares about keeping it to stand up & speak out.

Epstein files updates: DoJ releases more than 3m new files as Todd Blanche says it βdid not protectβ Trump
US deputy attorney general tells reporters that White House had βnothing to doβ with review of files and βdid not tell department what to redactβ * US justice department releases more than 3 million new pages of Epstein files Hereβs a quick rundown of what Blanche said is not in the release: files that contain personally identifiable information of victims or victimsβ personal and medical files, and any similar files that, if disclosed, would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy any depiction of child sexual abuse material or child abuse images anything that would jeopardize an active federal investigation anything that depicts or contains images of death, physical abuse or injury files covered by various privileges, including deliberative process privilege, work product privilege, and attorney client privilege People can criticise all they want, my point was to make plain that when it comes to what weβve been doing the past two months and why, we werenβt able to complete the review of over six million pages. Youβre talking about two Eiffel Towers of pages in 30 days in a way that made sure we complied with the act. Continue reading...
