Ya know who uses Medicaid? CHILDREN. 40 million kids are enrolled in Medicaid or CHIP. That’s half of the kids in this country. Children don’t contribute to the workforce or buy goods or vote… so no one cares.

When I hear someone described as wonderful because they care about their family, I can’t help but think: Looking after your own family or those like you is the absolute lowest bar of humanity. The bare minimum. Really caring about those nothing like you? Now that’s a higher bar.
