Glug glug, Mulder’s mollie has arrived. I’m pretty pleased with it. I managed to use only colors that were already in the pattern. It’s going to make it so that the words in that section will be off center, but my plan is to balance that by making one of the other two sections off center, too.

I am happy to report that Mr. Avocado tree is starting to perk back up this morning. I’ve been worried for the last few days, since I potted it, because it was verrrry droopy, leaves curling up, but it seems to be adapting now and seems like it won’t even lose any leaves. 🙏

The dentist yesterday was finishing up the new filling, shaping and polishing it, and she said that I had “beautifully shaped teeth.” And that is the nicest thing anyone has ever said about my teeth. 😂 (They’re crooked, crowded, and have weak enamel so they’ve always been trouble.)

Do we like it with perspective or without? Other things in the pattern don’t really have perspective, especially not rectangular things, but also a few things do? I can’t decide.

I’m so annoyed because yesterday and earlier today everyone else in the house was bickering with each other, which triggers my anxiety, so I’ve been tense. But then, at dinner, they have the nerve to act completely normal and jovial like they haven’t been having any trouble at all. 🙃🙃🙃

I wasn’t very invested in one of the pictures/motifs in the X-Files stitch along, so today I designed a little version of Mulder’s fish tank to replace it. 🐟

Back at the dentist today, they fixed an old filling that was messed up and it feels so much better! But I hadn’t even realized that anything was wrong with it! 😂 They found it in the exam. I wonder how much that subtle discomfort was affecting me subconsciously. And for how long.

It’s too bad my therapist couldn’t be a fly on the wall at dinner tonight. It was such a perfect encapsulation of everything I’d talked to her about earlier. 🙃

Once again, I have gone to therapy. Good job me. I was really anxious by the time I got there today and then felt much better by the time I left.
