A colleague posted that GTEx V10 has now been released. It contains the small RNA-seq data (#miRNAs) they have been sitting on for 6+ years. I thought that NIH contract awardees had a responsibility to get data out in a timely fashion. I'm looking forward to seeing what is in there.

Helping a colleague with a miRNA biomarker project in whole blood. Amazed that in the 10+ years since Colin Pritchard warned about blood cell levels impacting results, I could not find a single study adjusting/normalizing/just discussing their data relative to a CBC. Over 10k papers - nothing?!?
