Really revealing how these creatures try to weaponize etiquette. Destroying people's livelihoods with abandon is fine and dandy, but how dare you be discourteous.

I was a board artist. I'm now a director. I've been given drawings that were just a circle with two eyes and a mouth but I got it. I've GIVEN drawings that didn't even have two eyes a mouth! Literally a rectangle with a letter on it on one side of the frame and it came back perfect! It's fine!

One thing that helps me when designing a character is imagining how they put on their outfit. It can take five minutes in the morning, be a more lengthy process for military fatigues or armor, or it can be silly like a magical girl transformation. If I can't imagine it, I rework the design!
