I made a low-effort dinner tonight and somehow used 12 different vegetables. 13 if you count pickled ginger.
-Green curry with squash, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, and hakurei turnip over riced broc/cauli.
-Salad with arugula, cherry tomatoes, shallot, and mini-peppers.
-Cuke spears with moromi miso.
