It's Portfolio Day and I'm technically an artist, but not a pro. I long ago gave up the idea that my art would earn me a living. So now I just say, "I draw indie comics. You've probably never heard of me." I really lean into that, actually. Which is one reason why my avi is Hipster Ariel.
