I'm not "consuming content". I'm ... - viewing a motion picture, or film, or movie. - listening to an album by a band I enjoy. - reading a comic on the internet. - watching a video on a subject that interests me. - eating a bowl of breakfast cereal. - enjoying the fruits of people's imagination.

ARGH! I have been wanting to draw all day, but every time I reach for the stylus I'm like, "NO! You have to rest your hand or you'll make the RSI worse." So, yeah. Movies were watched today.

I watched 8 1/2 for the first time, to wash away the ick of corporate action shlock. I liked it. It's like a *way* less depressing Synecdoche, New York.

Well that was ... two hours of my life I could have spent doing anything but watching that movie.

No new Threads page on Monday because dingus here got a hand injury from drawing too much. I stopped right away this time. I'm not gonna be out of commission for a whole month like I was this summer. So instead, I'll work on scripts and also remastering old pages for the eventual PDF.

I've begun the arduous process of remastering my webcomic pages so I can compile them into a PDF tome to share. Almost 500 pages. Oh my glob. This is going to take forever.

If bsky is just going to autotag artistic nudity as porn, that completely ruins the efficacy of the "show me drawings of latex corseted mermaids and not photos of cumstained sweaty flesh" filtering. We need *more* granularity for NSFW tags, not less. Yes the mermaids signed a release form. OMGWTF.
