Being a solo webcomic artist really is the greatest job in the world. You learn how to do everything involved in the creation of comics. Writing, lettering, sketching, coloring, outlining, backgrounds, rendering. You learn it all. And if you do it for long enough, you get good at it.

Im still doing them tho i had to quit every project but the one im financially unable too. Its not that bad tho. Finally being able to focus on one project at a time instead of juggling 3 separate ones is a nice change. Even with burnout and my art hours being significantly cut down

Im watching the OG Ranma series again and its so interesting comparing it to the new version. Like the new one is fantastic and less ick and makes Ranma way less of a jackass but it also cuts out all the filler which is a shame cause its the best filler ive ever seen

Find trans community. Like for real it helps so much. I didnt for so long cause i was shy and awkward and didnt feel “real” but trust me its invaluable. Online but especially in person if you can. Having people who understand on that level and can help and just feel comfy around is so incredible
