Mike Elias refusing to upgrade the bullpen from mediocre to barely passable feels like it’ll be pretty momentous in the next few months. Like tying your arm behind your back, it feels unnecessarily self-defeating.

Ugh, the bullpen on this team is really terrible. And such small portions!
