Just 15 battery electric HGVs sold last month (figs from @newautomotive.org). Number registered so far this year is actually down on 2023. But we're only 5 years away from ban on sales of new diesel HGVs below 26T. Reopening the ZEV mandate now is distracting policy makers from focusing on this.
