You know the way some people have a fascination about liminal spaces? Ive come to FC about a dozen times and it's always just after the holidays, so you only see this Christmas village being torn down. It exists in my mind for a decade solely being taken down.

I have a 20 year old sketchbook. Most of the pictures aren't even scanned and most are not on FA so I need to fix that. I really dig these two from @chocodile.net that I got at MFF '25. I like my character to be a chill lil skunk with a big tail and they captured that really well.

Convention feedback is wierd. There is always a few really wild infeasible ideas that are amusing. Occasionally theres a really good idea that I can do and those are positive. Some are kind of ptsd inducing. I've also coped poorly last year... I dont mention that on social much.

Day 2 complete. Hit a few snags but im almost ready to pretend Im just an attendee for.. like 48 hours. Then we tear it all down.

It was a good first #furfest day. It really is rewarding to get to help develop a whole narrative all year long and then put it on display like a giant art exhibition. Setting it all up is literately backbreaking but my team and volunteers did a great job. We are maybe 60% done.

Liminal spaces

It might be freezing outside, It's feels just fine from where I'm sitting.

Finished putting a nice heat transfer vinyl on my new carts. Got dogs nails trimmed. Got caught up with all expenses submitted pre-event. Finished some little awards for events. Rented the uhaul to bring it all in and then just lost all my enthusiasm for any of this.
