I’m really struggling tonight. We drove about 400 km and when not on the road I found a spot to work. So I’m being very antisocial at this braai trying to get steps in. And it’s fucking cold. Actually feels like the hip is clicking. For me to be cold, it’s actually cold (about 17°C).

Hip is at its most painful while I sleep. Every time I turn over I’m in pain. Not excruciating, but not great.
