One of the most irritating things is going to be the lack of transparency. You won't know gen AI was used until after. The onus will be on studios/devs/artists that dont use gen AI to proudly say that NO AI was used and just take any lack of statement as a possibility that ai might have been used

Similar to how voice AI use has been suggested; for 'scratch' or reference. I know many actors, myself among them, who got jobs from the scratch work. Every example of AI being used I've seen is cutting away a job that someone coming up would take or get on their journey. Maybe that's the point.

I cannot recommend you enough to install the Wikipedia app on your devices and use it like you would any search engine. Nowadays they even have tabs so you can open many articles at once. And, if you can, please donate to the foundation. It has survived the internet enshittification that way.

There’s a free application, shutup10++, that lets you disable all the shitty windows stuff with a series of checkboxes. It even tracks if windows rolls anything back between updates and lets you reverse the changes with a click. I can personally recommend shutup10++ if you need to stick with windows
