in other news, grocery store had cactus pears, so it's pink coyote season! pink coyote cocktail: shake a skinned, muddled cactus pear, ice, and Blanco tequila of choice. shake that thing to within an inch of its life. strain into a nice glass, mix with sprite, lime, and a few cracks of salt!
