I got velvet worms a few months back and now that they seem to be thriving , please meet Marvin 2 and Marvin 3. ( Marvin the First didn't make it) They are really fuckin cool and are usually cuddling. Drawback is that they are delicate to keep and nocturnal so you never see em. But I just love them!

Real pewter casting went well! They are so heavy! I'm very happy with these and will be finishing four pewter Warding Paw plaques to have available Friday at 2pm PST. I will make more of the cold cast iron versions soonish ( which are NOT real poured metal)

Fired up the ole' laser and putting together some Galactic Feather charms! These are just under 6" long and have glow in the dark parts! I love how the swirly gold acrylic from @houstonacrylic sparkles and shifts in the light ❤️ These will be available this Friday at 2pm PST.

Surprise! I will have Socorro looking for a home tomorrow at 2pm PST! This soft doll is 8" tall seated with semi flexible cast urethane parts originally sculpted in @monsterclayusa. He has a little traveling cape and purse with glow in the dark elements for nighttime adventures.

Made a weird armor bracelet! Sculpted in @monsterclayusa , cold cast iron- this one is the first test to see if it is even wearable 😅 The good news is that it is! Now to make sure it's also durable. I'd love to cast one for myself in real metal but for now it's gotta be urethane+ metal powder.

Just fyi a uterine biopsy feels exactly like having a clogged pipe snaked. The tool thing gets sorta hand cranked around like a carnival toy, spins around your garbage to collect the sample...fuckin wild. Colonoscopy still wins for being the funniest medical procedure though!

I have finished my version of everyone's favorite Erydian, ROCKY! The precious baby is from the book Project Hail Mary and was sculpted in @monsterclayusa , molded and cast in urethane. The figure has articulation using ball jointed elastic tension.

Did you know you can clean your @monsterclayusa ? My clay accumulates plastic bits, hair, plaster, silicone ,etc during the mold process and it sure is annoying to run into this detritus when I'm trying to sculpt! Every once in a while I will melt the clay into a liquid and run it through a screen.
