Spice (it/them) is one of the rare MTG creators whose work I believe to be genuinely important. Its video on anarchism and police abolition masterfully uses MTG as a medium to explore a topic most people get wrong, and that only gets more relevant as time goes on. Please support them if you can!

if i were attending another magiccon, i would simply focus all my efforts on purchasing as many artist proofs, prints, and signatures as possible during hall hours and then simply play magic on a hotel room floor until 3am with the pals during off hours

One of my favourite surprises from opening edge of eternities packs was finding out we got new Rovina Cai Art!!

EoE prerelease was an absolute banger and I had so much fun. My pool allowed me to play all my rares/mythics I opened bar one. Was mostly Boros with Green splash for non-creatures/removal since white had 0 and red has a few. Landers and 2 shocklands made 3 colours a breeze.

Prerelease really is the best way to play mtg I always have SUCH a good time. My card pool really said play 3 colours you idiot. The plant wurm is kinda busted wtf.
