Heartbroken over the news of the death of Marianne Faithful. Here's 3 stories. The first time I heard of her was at a college party in 1980. Someone put in Why D'ya Do It. As one of the few sober people in the room, I actually listened to the lyrics and her mesmerizing voice.

Heading home from New York after seeing 2 amazing musicals. I highly recommend both Swept Away and The Outsiders.
