It’s storming today so I have to work out at home 😭 on a good note! I hit my monthly goal of 155! I’m so excited if I keep this up I’ll be 150 by the end of the month

I binge ate 700 cals. Definitely going to the gym tomorrow/ today. It’s 4am for me so I’m going to bed now gn im spending an hour on a treadmill to at least burn 400 when I wake up

What do you guys watch or listen to while walking on the treadmill??? I was watching wrestling yesterday. Every time I try to watch it while at home I always feel bad cause they have such nice bodies and I just look like a loser sitting on the couch

500 cals a day I’ll be at my lw by the end of January. Just gotta lock in. Whatever I don’t consume I can use when I’m out with friends. Example: if I only eat 200 Cals on Monday and Tuesday then I have 600+500 for Wednesday when I always go out for lunch.
